Soraya Shaw
ABOUT
Soraya Shaw is an Applied Organisational Neuroscientist, founder of BrainShaw®, and a strategic thinking partner to leaders facing the realities of modern work: AI acceleration, cognitive depletion, and growing pressure on human judgement.
As the first person globally to achieve an MSc in Applied Organisational Neuroscience, she brings a rare mix of scientific expertise, behavioural insight, and commercial experience. She helps leaders and organisations protect Brain Capital, reduce cognitive friction, and create the conditions for clearer thinking, stronger leadership and sustainable human performance.
In a world where technology is abundant, human cognition is becoming the true differentiator - that belief sits at the heart of Soraya’s work.
She also co-hosts Brainy Podcasts, focused on shaping the minds of leaders, the creator of The Brainy Brains of Mindsville to help children make sense of their feelings and celebrate what makes their brains unique, and is building Authentic Beauty, Brains and Confidence for women owning their next chapter as part of her wider brain ecosystem.
